Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped generally within three business days, Monday to Friday,
except for holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re happy to ship to most countries, though VAT and customs fees vary. Please
contact support@rail-river.com for assistance with international orders.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you're not happy with your order, we will refund all non-sale items within 30
days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as they are in good condition. We
will send a prepaid return shipping label.

To start a return, simply email support@rail-river.com with "Return" in the subject
and include your order number in the email.
